We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in shaping our digital marketing strategies, community engagement, and overall brand presence. Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing:

- Oversee and execute the company's social media strategy across various platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content.

- Create and curate compelling content, graphics, and videos that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience.

- Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize our social media presence.

2. Content Creation:

- Develop and maintain a content calendar for the website, blog, and social media channels.

- Write and edit high-quality and SEO-friendly content for blog posts, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.

3. Influencer Relations:

- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and industry partners to amplify our brand's reach.

- Manage influencer collaborations and campaigns, tracking their impact and providing performance reports.

4. Email & SMS Marketing:

- Partner on email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and A/B testing to optimize conversion rates.

- Develop SMS marketing strategies to engage and retain our customer base effectively.

5. Community Engagement & Events:

- Coordinate and execute community events, workshops, and partnerships to foster meaningful connections with our audience such as aperitivo hours, dinner parties, trade events, etc.

- Represent atost at industry events and tradeshows, networking to build valuable relationships.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience (2-4 years) in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.

- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, SEO, and social media algorithms.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, SMS marketing, and analytics tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and meet tight deadlines.

- Creative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and growth.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to think analytically.

- Previous experience in alcohol/beverage is a plus.
