Open Influence is a leader in influencer marketing, and we’re looking for a remote, U.S.-based Paid Social Media Specialist to grow our team.

NOTE - TO QUALIFY FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE UTILIZING FACEBOOK ADS MANAGER.

The Paid Social Media Specialist is responsible for delivering superior service for each client, from allocating media dollars across platforms and executing tasks to monitoring, optimizing and reporting on campaigns. The ideal candidate for this position will be extremely detail-oriented with experience in managing and activating large, complex campaigns for Fortune 500 brands. The Paid Social Media Specialist will liaison between internal teams and social media platform reps to create unique opportunities for our clients in the paid social arena. Candidates for this position are highly motivated, self-assured team players with strong communication and paid social media skills. You will be a part of a high-caliber team in an industry that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth.

Responsibilities

Strategize, execute, and manage a variety of client ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram as well as other social platforms (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and more)

Develop relationships with social media platform reps to create new and unique opportunities for Open Influence clients

Establishing goals and make campaign recommendations based on performance and gathered insights

Constantly measure and optimize campaign performance and adjust spending and strategies accordingly

Develop marketing strategies and paid social plans that align with the overall influencer campaigns

Coordinate with the Account Management and Sales team to develop, execute and manage paid social spends for campaigns

Be comfortable utilizing paid social trafficking platforms for campaign setup and reporting (FB Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.)

Work side by side with the Account Management team in a client-facing role to set expectations and provide campaign updates during pre-sale and post-sale.

Requirements

2+ years of paid social advertising execution across Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and/or Twitter

Agency Experience Preferred

Must be highly skilled and experienced in Facebook Ads Manager.

Experience managing Direct Response or performance-based campaigns a plus

Professional verbal and written communication

Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Independent thinker and fast learner

Bachelor’s Degree (Communication, Marketing, Business, Economics, or related analytics fields)
