The Role

Lovevery is looking for a Global Affiliate Marketing Lead to manage the paid affiliate advertising channel across all of our markets. This role will be responsible for identifying high potential value affiliate partners that align well with our brand and customer, structuring appropriate deal and commission structures, and measuring results. This person is comfortable at a strategic and tactical level - skilled at researching and formulating a strategy, quantifying business impact, and working directly with partners to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

The global affiliate marketing manager is the dedicated authority that will lead growing brand awareness, driving qualified traffic and contributing to new customer acquisition through paid affiliate campaigns to meet our aggressive growth goals. This is an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving traffic, leads, and orders to help meet our growth goals across all of our US and international markets
  • Lead all aspects of day to day campaign management and budget as well as long-term strategy and plan
  • Identify and onboard new partners and encourage existing partners to increase their participation in our affiliate program
  • Drive affiliate channel performance through partner strategy, product/offer strategy, and content/creative strategy on partners sites and landing pages
  • Proactively build the number of affiliate partners through outreach, recruiting and relationship building to achieve monthly growth goals, with a keen awareness for local nuances across global markets and prioritized by business impact
  • Analyze affiliate performance data to identify areas of improvement and increase conversion rates
  • Work with our internal marketing and creative teams as needed to execute on plans and ensure alignment with partner teams like paid and influencer marketing
  • Design contracts and commission structures for affiliates that economically make sense for our business. Implement commercial marketing agreements with agencies, publishers, shopping engines, loyalty/cashback sites and content creators
  • Track relevant program metrics such as new affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, number of conversions generated per affiliate, return on investment, etc
  • Understand and internalize our brand and show ability to choose partnerships that will resonate with prospective customers
  • Nurture & maintain positive relationships with all partners

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with focus on affiliate marketing
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology capabilities and ability to leverage
  • Up to date with latest trends and standard protocols in online marketing
  • Experience with Impact and AWIN affiliate platforms
  • Highly proficient Microsoft Office / Google Suite - strong Excel/Google Sheets skills required
  • Knowledge of SEO ranking tactics and how to build content that improves SEO results
  • Strong relationship building, communication and mediation skills
  • Skilled in strategy development and project management with keen attention to detail
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Able to effectively engage and influence teams
  • Able to independently prospect, recruit, and onboard affiliates

Salary Range Information

Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
