As Content Creator at Dreamlabs Agency, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and engaging content for digital ads that drive sales.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Content Creator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for marketing, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of how to create digital marketing ads that grabs attention and gets them to take action.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for digital ads with the goal of driving traffic and revenue.
  • Create engaging User-Generated Content (UGC) style content, shooting on an Iphone, talking to camera, and shooting products in a compelling way.
  • Write persuasive and compelling ad copy and scripts that communicate the brand's unique selling points properly, and authentically.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop clear and insightful creative briefs that guide the content creation process.
  • Design product-centric visuals that highlight features and benefits, ensuring they are visually appealing and conversion-oriented.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation, digital advertising, and conversion optimization.
  • Adapt and iterate content strategies based on data-driven insights and performance metrics.
  • Create reels, TikToks, and viral content.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute fresh ideas, and maintain a proactive approach to creative problem-solving.
  • Strong video editing skills for mobile platforms.
  • Measure performance, do regular competitive analysis, and use the learnings to better future content creation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficient with content creation and copy writing on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Comfortable speaking to camera.
  • Engaging, entertaining, funny and authentic.
  • Proven experience in content creation, digital advertising, or related roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content creation skills, including UGC-style visuals, copywriting, and product creatives that drive conversions.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Cap Cut) or equivalent software.
  • Exceptional marketing skills and the ability to create narratives that get people to take action in a short video.
  • Trained in direct response marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, ad formats, and best practices for maximizing engagement and conversion.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-backed recommendations for content optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
