Bazaarvoice is seeking an individual contributor and brand advocate, creator, and storyteller to expand Bazaarvoice’s thought leadership and share of voice through social media presence globally. With informed knowledge and passion, you will create, orchestrate, curate, and syndicate content across all social media channels with a consistent, on-brand tone of voice and strategic point of view. Topics of interest span from latest marketing and commerce trends, client success stories, products and solutions, and our employee value propositions, our core values and culture.

You will be required to have an excellent understanding of audience behaviors across the key social channels, and be able to make recommendations on how to grow, engage and delight our social audience. You will need to bring innovative ideas and thinking to the role to help grow Bazaarvoice’s thought leadership, brand presence and voice in the market. This role is part of the Communications team and reports to the Head of External Relations, Communications & Brand.

The best candidate for this role will be strategically focused and able to create and implement a successful global strategy. This role requires working with stakeholders from all across the globe and across a variety of teams, therefore you will need to be able to work cross functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate must be a creative, committed and diligent communicator who will relish the task of working in a fast-paced team and business.

What You'll Do

  • Own the development and execution of strategy across all social platforms
  • Run all six social accounts for both organic and paid initiatives (Twitter, FB, LI, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube), including creating, scheduling and publishing content to engage and delight our audience
  • Define fun, creative and interesting brand voice and maintain consistency across all social channels
  • Partner with the brand, demand and advocacy functions to ensure social promotion of each teams outputs and efforts
  • Deep understanding of B2B social marketing and LinkedIn specifically
  • Create and manage global social content calendar. Keep up to date with content guidelines and key social assets
  • Report out on the performance of all social channels on a weekly and quarterly basis
  • Ideate, develop, and test new creative and innovative content formats and ways to market across social channels
  • Own and run the company’s employee advocacy program, including managing social training and sharing best practice tips
  • Work closely with our demand generation team on lead generating campaigns
  • Work with our executive team to increase their social presence and thought leadership
  • Respond and interact to all key commentary across social
  • Create and implement best practice documents on the main social channels and communicate these to the wider team
  • Strong content creation skills required, social media video editing is essential
  • Partner with multiple teams across the organization on their social posting needs
  • Ensure the implementation and optimization of metadata and tagging on social assets
  • Set targets to grow key metrics across all social channels, implement strategy to meet those targets and report out to the business on efforts
  • Ideate, develop, and test new content formats and ways to market across social channels
  • This role is an individual contributor role and will not manage any direct reports

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing roles
  • Experience writing creative and engaging content
  • Very comfortable with the big 4 platforms with proven experience managing and delivering successful results across them
  • Self motivated with excellent planning and organization skills, managing calendars and campaign presentations
  • Strong knowledge of social media metrics and software
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables
  • A team player who can collaborate across functions, but also work independently
  • SaaS experience a significant plus
