We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Video Content Manager to join our live events company specializing in film & television, food, comedy, and fine arts culture. As the Social Media & Video Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand’s online presence, promoting our events, and engaging with our diverse audience.Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.Content Creation: Conceptualize, script, shoot, edit high-quality content for various social media platforms, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and showcases our brand’s personality.Event Promotion: Utilize social media platforms to effectively promote our live events, drive ticket sales, and maximize attendance by creating excitement and anticipation around each event.Community Management: Engage with our online community, respond to comments, messages, and reviews, and foster positive interactions to build a loyal and active fan base.Influencer Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and industry stakeholders to amplify our brand’s reach and secure strategic partnerships for event promotion.Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, track audience insights, and use data-driven insights to optimize future marketing efforts and improve ROI.Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to reach potential attendees, update our mailing list, and ensure effective communication with our audience.Cross-Platform Integration: Implement strategies to integrate social media efforts with other marketing channels, such as website content, advertising, and public relations.Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to continuously innovate and stay ahead of the competition.Generate regular reports on marketing performance, key metrics, and ROI to present to management and stakeholders.Requirements
Proven work experience for 3+ years as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the events, entertainment, or related industry.In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices for business use.Strong creative and visual storytelling skills to create engaging and shareable content.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling marketing messages.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of organization and attention to detail.Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and email marketing software.Passion for film & television, food, comedy, and fine arts culture, and a keen interest in the latest industry trends and developments.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred.Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Manager for 3+ years, preferably in events, entertainment, or related industries.Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and analytics tools.Excellent communication and creative writing skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with event promotion, ticket sales, and audience engagement strategies is a plus.Proficiency in graphic design tools, video editing software, and email marketing platforms is advantageous.A passion for events, entertainment, film, television, comedy, and food, with a deep understanding of their respective audiences.ABOUT NICE CROWD
