About You
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about social media and analytics for the role of Paid Social Analyst. This person will play a pivotal role in the growth of TelevisaUnivision’s paid social advertising practice.
The successful candidate will have a background in analyzing data and transforming it into a story. This individual will amplify TelevisaUnivision’s in-language, in-culture branded content, ensuring it reaches the right audience and delivers strong results for advertising partners. This individual will work closely with Sales, Partner Solutions, Content and Editorial teams to seamlessly plan, activate, and report on TelevisaUnivision social ad campaigns.
YOUR DAY-DAY
- Plan and activate paid social media campaigns across TelevisaUnivision properties, using ad platforms on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok and Snap.
- Produce campaign reports that contain actionable insights for clients.
- Analyze historical campaign performance to inform pricing and to help develop best practices for targeting and content.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders on the status and performance of campaigns.
- Stay up to date on platform trends and identify new opportunities and ways to improve our processes.
- Build 1PD and 3PD audiences and optimize campaigns to ensure we stay on time and on budget.
- Respond to RFP requests, providing pricing and pulling social insights from native tools.
YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience at an agency, brand, or media publisher
- Passion for social media and current social trends
- Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to tell a story using data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent in Spanish (read and write) preferred
- Experience working with social media on the editorial side, analytics or activating paid social campaigns is a plus
- Facebook Certification (Media Planning or Media Buying) is a plus
- Bonus: Working knowledge of one or more social analytics, listening and/or insights tools i.e. Social Bakers, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprout Social, Tubular, Creator IQ, Shareablee

- Must be willing to work from our Miami or New York offices
- Employment/education will be verified
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
Base pay Range - $60,000 to $80,000 + benefits
