Senior Marketing and Social Media Manager
Our Client a contemporary fashion and denim brand is looking for a social savy Sr. Marketing Manger. This role will have a broad set of responsibilities and will be a key member of the marketing team. The individual will help to drive the brand marketing initiatives, support the wholesale and international partners and execute cross-functional programs that help drive revenue, traffic and conversion for all brand channels. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional partners including: Creative, PR, Social, Digital, Ecommerce, Retail, Wholesale, Buying, Merchandising, Visuals and Design.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and tactically execute seasonal marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility amongst target consumers and influencers, as well as, create demand for the products.
- Partner closely with PR team, identifying opportunities and helping to develop briefs within influencer programs
- Media Buying—Support media team efforts to request and review vendor partner proposals. Develop marketing channel mix recommendations, conversion models, ROI forecasts and measurement plans.
- Ensure content marketing strategy, brand values and aesthetic are implemented and communicated across all channels (web, retail, wholesale, social, digital, and international).
- Facilitate, manage, and distribute marketing materials for DTC, wholesale, international teams, and media partners.
- Coordinate with Global Marketing to align on seasonal programs, activities, key product initiatives, and distribution of creative assets.
- Own and update marketing calendar inclusive of brand, ecommerce, digital, retail, social, wholesale, international and PR key dates.
- Plan and produce in-store and in-market product activations, programs, and/or seasonal launch events.
- Exceptional budget management skills
Profile
- 5 years of related professional experience
- Familiarity or experience with retail and/or consumer marketing (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, technical skills, and business acumen
- Skilled at managing multiple projects (budgets, resources, assets, information, and timelines)
- Exceptional ability to communicate and interface well across all levels of the organization
- Detail oriented, self-starter, proactive and highly organized
- A strong appreciation of fashion, style and design
Salary range $100,000- $120,000
