Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Contract (1099 freelancer) Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals, particularly dogs, and a keen interest in veterinary medicine, healthcare, or biotechnology. The Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging content that educates pet owners, veterinarians, and the general public about our innovative cancer screening tests.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Produce Content: Create informative and engaging content such as blog posts, videos, infographics, social media posts, and newsletters that highlight the importance of early cancer detection in dogs.
  2. Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with veterinarians, scientists, and marketing teams to ensure accuracy and quality in content.
  3. Content Strategy: Assist in developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with Oncotect's mission, goals, and brand identity.
  4. Monitor and Analyze Engagement: Track content performance, engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and report insights to maximize engagement.
  5. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in veterinary oncology and adapt content accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • You must have your dog(s) to create content.
  • Experience in content creation, preferably in healthcare, biotechnology, or veterinary sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, or other relevant platforms.
  • Knowledge or interest in veterinary medicine, particularly canine cancer, is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
