The Position
The Dedham Group Sr. Marketing Manager is a key member of the Norstella Marketing team. This newly created position will have responsibility for establishing a marketing infrastructure to support The Dedham Group, and design and launch multi-faceted marketing campaigns to promote their solutions and expertise.
To be successful in this role, the Sr. Marketing Manager must be a self-starter with excellent organizational and project management skills, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail, as well as a collaborative working style and passion for continual improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture a strong working relationship with The Dedham Group partners and subject matter experts across the organization.
- Partner with Norstella marketers to ensure alignment and consistency in approach, messaging, and impact.
- Own overall messaging, positioning, points of emphasis / areas of differentiation, SME development and execution to augment the brand and position The Dedham Group as the preeminent market access oncology and specialty therapeutics consultancy.
- Responsible for overall campaign calendar, plans, delivery in conjunction with Norstella Digital Marketing team, and performance / impact.
- Responsible for thought leadership content creation and calendar in conjunction with the partners and Sr. Writers across Norstella – assets to include blogs, webinars, whitepapers, client case studies / testimonials, promotional videos, and other assets to support and promote The Dedham Group’s solutions and expertise.
- Work alongside Norstella’s Digital Marketing team and The Dedham Group partners to develop and launch a refreshed website and create longer-term digital strategy to augment the brand and drive top of funnel demand through optimized content and sponsored, paid & organic posts/ads.
- Will own and manage budget and spend in conjunction with the Norstella marketing leader.
- Responsible for analyzing and measuring outcomes—specifically marketing impact on bookings—to track results of marketing efforts against goals, recommending adjustments to improve performance, and executing on those adjustments with support from the extended Norstella marketing team.

Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Life Sciences domain expertise strongly preferred
- Compelling storyteller, ability to communicate complex concepts in a crisp and simple way
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills

Reporting: Reports to the Norstella marketing leader. No direct reports.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, sales/marketing, communications, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
Travel: Includes travel to regional offices (NY in particular at least 1x per week), team meetings and conferences & events. Up to 25%.
Location: Remote; NY/NJ preferred.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $125,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
