DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL, PARTNERSHIPS & EVENTS
The Director of Digital, Partnerships & Events will lead the IHC Digital, Partnerships and Events across all client
accounts and agency verticals, but with an emphasis on luxury hospitality and modern wellness and beauty. The
individual will be a self-starter as well as a team player with the ability to lead and motivate others and provide
timely updates to senior management. The right candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing as
well as developing and executing brand partnerships and brand events.
This role is focused on digital marketing, brand partnerships, programming activations, influencer relations and
events. Ideal candidates have experience with luxury brands and understand how to build and execute brand
collaborations and event programming. Duties include regularly meeting deadlines, goals and other forms of
client expectations, helping clients understand the limits of their budget or resources and consistently meeting
project deadlines laid out by the client. This role will also oversee and coordinate events including timelines,
agreements and client relations.
In the areas of digital marketing, the successful candidate will be a well-rounded online marketer who is both
creative and analytical. A digital marketing native who understands the latest viral trends and themes on TikTok
and Instagram for social media as well as best practices for email marketing and paid digital advertising. Have
extensive knowledge of the digital ecosystem and be able to implement digital marketing strategies that result in
increased sales.
Role & Responsibilities
Leadership:
● Ensure that team, agency and client deadlines are met and all your accounts are being managed in a
timely manner
● Junior team is managed via clear KPI’s and communication. KPI’s are updated per quarter or as a new
account comes in and a monthly scheduled 15 minute touch base is done to check in on performance
● Regularly check in with team to ensure tasks senior management schedule are being handled and how
keeping an eye on how they are doing on performance
● Weekly check in with your team to insure that client KPIs are on track and we are hitting agency targets
for each client
● Professionally communicate across team and with the client regarding changes to client deadlines and
deliverables
● Effectively lead your team to create client wins and meet and exceed client KPI’s
● Always Be Ready to Help – provide generous pointers and/or tips to help and guide your team
members
● Be A Problem-Solver – Your team leader may be working on solving problems, but there is no reason
why you can’t offer solutions yourself. Your skills will also be appreciated by your managers!

their KPIs

during team activities, events, etc. in the workplace and with/around clients
● Time management - clearly communicate internal and external deadlines and manage and meet those
deadlines
● Manage up to CEO and VP any issues with team, clients and communication
● Support VP and CEO in implementing best practices and company policies
● Meets deadlines set by senior management and works in a timely manner to complete your portion and
the information is dropped in time
● Hold team and self accountable for adhering to company policies and rules
Client Satisfaction:
● Prioritize meeting and exceeding client KPIs
● Ensure Influencer KPIs are met for each account
● Ensure Social Media KPI’s are met for each account
● Ensure Event KPIs are met for each account
● Ensure client meeting follow up notes are sent after client agency calls - no longer than 24 hours after call
● Conduct client satisfaction surveys or leveraging conversations to ensure client is happy with the work
and team (you can even create a scorecard for this and create a measurable number to meet)
Digital:
● Oversee the Account Executive/Account Coordinator in developing and implementing digital
advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and sales.
● Independently direct digital projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
● Oversee the team in creating strategic social media & digital marketing strategies to appropriately
position clients within their respective verticals, while working to introduce them to new audiences
with impactful direction and a vision to follow
● Review and approved the teams content creation on Tiktoks, Instagram Reels and Dynamic Content
● Oversee the team in conceptualizing and coordinating client photo and video shoots and curating
content across social media platforms
● Work closely with account management lead to monitor and interpret digital analytics, make
recommendations for improvements as needed
● Approve the digital marketing reports and analyses for feedback
● Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare and manage digital budgets Manage and improve online content,
considering SEO and Google Analytics
● Oversee the team account executives in creating promoted post and paid ads strategy for
Facebook/Instagram and Google, along with best practices for the account, to be run by IHC team, has
a track record of running successful paid and organic ads
Social:
● Define and ensure that the team is implementing social media strategies, working alongside and
managing the Account Executives/Coordinators to ensure inspiring content is produced, on both a
weekly and project basis; including the targeting and positioning of brand(s), platform selection
(Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and engagement tactics
● Oversee the execution and manage branded content for multiple platforms from idea to campaign
deliverables, from presale to post
● Always push the team to create opportunities and work to amplify content and campaigns for clients
accounts across digital networks through partnerships and syndication
● Strategize alongside the IHC team social media plans to build narrative to support the announcement
of significant brand moments such as major partnerships or new ambassadors
● Oversee and provide direction and guidance for the to team in creating digital strategy alongside IHC
Team including giveaways, challenges, takeovers, testimonials, partnerships, live classes, etc.
● Provide strategic advisement based on results to clients on a regular basis on how to improve their
social platforms, to achieve their marketing goals
Creative Direction:
● Provide creative direction to team and external consultants on social media feed curation, content
creation and event and partnership executions
Partnership & Events:
● Build, manage and execute project and event timelines for clients
● Circulate upcoming projects & events with Social team to create a digital 360 strategy
● Coordinate and source vendors
● Track billing, expenses and timeline
● Oversee management of the client budget, purchasing and invoice submissions to client
● Conceptualize projects and troubleshoot where needed
● Create overall project outline including internal deadlines, launch dates, etc and manage the team to
receive necessary deliverables
● Build guest/influencer lists with CEO; invite appropriate attendees and track responses with support of
team
Client Collaborations & Partnerships:
● Build, manage and execute client collaboration and partnership
● Manage communicate with client and collaborator, manage internal timeline of deliverables
● Leading of entire process from idea conceptualization to ensuring sales reports are sent to collaborator
● Build KPIs deliverables against each partnerships and ensure that they are met or exceeded
● Tracking budget, goals, timeline and deliverables
● Advise on styles/ trend as appropriate
● Manage timelines, talent, production of photoshoots and supporting assets are created
● Oversee logistics of influencer gifting of product for launch
● Create, oversee and manage collaboration contracts
● Ensure 360 digital strategy is created by social teams
● Stay up-to-date on social media and pop-culture trends with on social media and influencers
● Oversee influencer marketing as it relates to partnerships and events
Qualifications:
● Minimum 6+ years of digital marketing, partnerships and events experience handling hospitality, beauty,
luxury and lifestyle brands
● Outstanding interpersonal communication and writing skills
● Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
● Generates innovative and exciting ideas for client
● Sets goals, monitors and reviews plans, and prioritize tasks effectively
● Accomplishes tasks accurately and thoroughly with strong follow-up skills
● Takes ownership of specific projects without supervision
● Lead accounts with integrity and strong work ethic, being mindful of deadlines and planning ahead
● Exceptional problem-resolution skills, including the ability to think creatively and outside the box
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● A track record of success overseeing integrated campaigns
● Ability to work in a team environment and actively engage both colleagues and clients in open
communication
Requirements:
● 10-15% local and regional travel is required based on client needs
● The candidate will need to provide two references, examples of past partnership and event execution
● Agency experience required
● Background managing and leading 4-5 accounts at a time
● Background in overseeing digital marketing, events and partnerships in the hospitality industry
● Background in modern wellness, health and beauty industry is a plus
