Primary Objective

The Manager, Global Integrated Communications will assist in developing and managing the brand’s overall Global Communications go to market strategies and programs. The Manager will work directly with Regions and Markets to ensure success of earned media and go-to-market priorities across all markets. You will be culturally plugged in, a strategic thinker and a communicator championing ideas and activations that sets new industry standards. This includes being a thinker and doer and partnering with local teams to reach their objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Go To Market

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market toolkits, providing markets with specific Global Communications strategies and assets, including briefs, asset checklists, and guidelines.
  • Track schedules, timelines and align with cross-functional resources to ensure team projects are completed/delivered within planned parameters.
  • Write press materials for global product launches, brand campaigns; craft PR responses for international press Q+A submissions.
  • Liaise with Product Marketing and markets for all launch recap needs.
  • Support regional and market Communications strategies.
  • Partner with Regions/Markets to ensure they have the tools and resources to execute, and drive earned media locally.
  • Oversee Coordinator who will manage and coordinate international editor / influencer requests for NYFW on behalf of markets.
  • Assist markets with ad hoc asset requests.
  • In collaboration with Creative, Consumer Engagement, Marketing and Regional teams, concept, plan, and execute mailers for all new launches, initiatives, and evergreen campaigns. Develop creative assets + VIP packaging, manage vendor relationships, execute purchase orders.
  • Partner with PR Team in planning thoughtful, engaging, and valuable influencer events, ranging from intimate gatherings to full-scale events for local market execution.
  • Lead the creation of content first storytelling moments, leveraging insights, research, and culture-first moments to engage our target audiences in everyday culture and conversations.
  • Perform competitive analysis, industry research, assessment of best practices & KPIs in a consistently changing landscape.

Region/Market support

  • Support regional and market Communications strategies.
  • Partner with Regions/Markets to ensure they have the tools and resources to execute, and drive earned media locally.
  • Assist markets with ad hoc asset requests.

Administrative (via Managing Coordinator Direct Report)

  • Manage all SAP invoicing and team CMC reconciliation.
  • Manage market rebills.
  • Manage product closet and Global partner/ Artist in Residences send outs.
  • Manage ad hoc market requests for samples/products not readily available in market.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-5 years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Able to demonstrate experience in digital platforms, content development, PR, social media and consumer marketing, passion for digital trends.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong creative judgement to recognize what is on brand as well as on trend, finger on the pulse.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with can-do attitude; thrives in fast-paced environment and has the ability to prioritize/manage multiple projects seamlessly.
  • Team player with the ability to interface with many cross-functional departments, senior leadership team as well as vendors/agencies.
  • Relevant PR, communications, and influencer marketing experience.
  • Must have a good handle on current trending creators and pop culture.
  • Ability to own and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • High level of creativity; excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Details and process-oriented, organized, resourceful and proactive.
  • Team player, with advance organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding and experience of social media across all platforms.
  • Ability to accommodate early morning or night calls with international markets (2-3 hours/month).
  • Ability or desire to understand the international marketplace including trends and cultural behaviours.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills; proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel; can work on both MAC and PC.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,500 to $$135,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
