The Buy with Prime (BwP) team is seeking a self-motivated, creative, high caliber Social Media Manager to drive a best-in-class influencer marketing experience for our shopper customers while scaling our shopper marketing efforts across social media outlets. This role is responsible for expanding and driving the execution of the influencer and shopper marketing strategy to rapidly expand the reach and awareness of Buy with Prime. As a Social Media Manager, you will formulate social media go-to-market strategies, manage, maintain and create influencer marketing content calendars and manage influencer relationships and agencies. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple programs at once and quickly earn trust with stakeholders by thinking strategically about the business and delivering results.

A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of social media and the use of influencer marketing to drive impactful Direct To Consumer (DTC) return on investment, someone with a proven-track record of planning, delivering and reporting on a range of social media campaigns, across various social platforms and successful demonstration of building the influencer marketing strategy for a brand. They should be a multi-tasker, creative thinker, a problem solver, goal-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced, start-up culture. They will also have a passion for testing to invent and scale a successful program – from working with the marketing team to design and create the campaign test to communicating the results to using the data to inform future business decisions.

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage the launch, review and scaling of influencer marketing, including trend analysis, influencer pairing with merchants, reporting and growth opportunities to scale the program to additional large merchants.
  • A keen eye for strategizing using data and analytics as it relates specifically to influencer marketing (story, reel, promotion and giveaway conversion data and optimizations).
  • Lead the development and implementation of always-on educational influencer marketing campaigns for the brand that deliver measurable uplift against our key goals.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance for social media & influencer best practices such as content publishing guidelines, KPI benchmarks, and channel growth strategies across our organization.
  • Develop the expansion of social collaboration programs to drive incremental value for Large merchant launches including: Social Playbook development, Merchant product giveaways, T1 influencers launches and Instagram Live interviews to deepen launch unit uplift.
  • Proactively manage outbound and inbound social media reporting, managing analytics dashboards and creating monthly scorecards on the overall health and opportunities for Buy with Prime on social of social media metrics and data analysis and ownership of data touchpoints.

You will work closely with the social media team, designers, brand marketers to create, manage and optimize our influencer marketing and social media strategies to expand how Buy with Prime connects with and educates shoppers across Instagram, TikTok and emerging channels.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Corporate or Agency Social Media Marketing.
  • Experience building and optimizing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in online retail/B2C marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience utilizing Sprinklr for social media reporting.

The base pay for this position ranges from $63,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market.
