We're on the hunt for a dynamic Head of Marketing to join our partner's team and play a pivotal role in shaping an exceptional brand and marketing powerhouse. As a key member, you'll spearhead our partner's marketing initiatives, drive growth, lead member acquisition, and elevate brand marketing endeavors, all while directly reporting to the CEO. Your role will encompass collaborating with diverse teams on both immediate and future projects, channeling substantial value throughout the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and drive the company’s customer acquisition, ranging from paid media channels to organic channels.
  • Coordinate the execution of paid campaigns from beginning to end, including management of project timelines, coordinating content creation, managing agency partners, ongoing program optimization, and campaign reporting.
  • Lead weekly and monthly reporting across all growth KPIs in the business.
  • Grow the brand and community footprint through region-wide partnerships, influencer relationships, and local activations.
  • Oversee new studio openings to achieve performance requirements.
  • Manage PR consultants to ensure we receive a steady stream of press.
  • Work collaboratively with the cross functional team on the monthly marketing calendar that meets brand and business goals.
  • Co-lead any research, focus groups, surveys, or data collection for the purpose of better understanding our customers and ideating new offers with other business stakeholders.
  • Oversee the financial impact and ROI of each offer and the impact each new customer is adding to the overall business & financial plan.
  • Set and deliver on aggressive deadlines and drive yourself and the team around you to action, approaching the work with a no-ego attitude and rolling up your sleeves to tackle whatever needs to be done.

What You Need

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, growth, consulting, strategy, operations, startups, or related roles.
  • Deep knowledge of digital acquisition, retention, performance marketing, paid media, and customer segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative approach to solving unstructured problems.
  • A history of driving profitable growth using various marketing channels, balancing experimentation while managing toward CAC targets.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and want to help build a company from the ground up, working on many different projects and constantly changing priorities.
  • Relationship-builder and communicator that can motivate and influence people at all levels across a variety of job functions.
  • Have a talent for managing complex projects, driving high-level goals into actionable plans, and enjoy implementing processes.
