Summary
Flighthouse is seeking a passionate and experienced Sr. Channel Success Manager of Syndication to oversee our Snapchat Discover and Facebook Watch shows. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in understanding content dynamics across digital platforms, paired with a thorough ability to monitor performance metrics and optimize content accordingly. This role will be reporting to the Director of Syndication.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall coordination and production of 100+ existing Snapchat Shows.
- Employ analytics to enhance video performance, providing key insights to our editing and graphics (thumbnail) teams for optimal video performance.
- Identify trends on Snapchat and Facebook to ensure our content stays current and competitive.
- Conduct regular analysis to understand what strategies are succeeding and what needs improvement on shows.
- Manage a consistent launch schedule, ensuring steady monthly releases.
- Create monthly content plans and schedules for channels.
- Provide creative leadership and vision for the development of new shows.
- Oversee outreach to creators of potential interest, and lead onboarding for new signed creators.
- Manage the pitching process of new shows.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with managers and platform representatives.
- Stay up-to-date on platform updates and new tools that may benefit our shows or creator partners.
- Ensure that all content being posted complies with platform guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 4-6 years experience in a similar role
- Experience managing social media content, preferably Snapchat Shows.
- Previous experience in managing and leading a team.
- Ability to identify trending topics for competitive content.
- Skilled in strategic analysis for performance improvement.
- Proven project management skills, ensuring timely delivery.
- Innovative leader with a vision for new projects.
- Familiarity with the latest Snapchat and similar platform updates.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

PAY SCALE
- $55,000 - $65,000/annually
