The Creators Specialist for the EA SPORTS Portfolio team aides in the execution of influencer marketing efforts across EA SPORTS NHL, UFC, PGA TOUR, and other multiple console and mobile EA SPORTS titles. You will work with the EA SPORTS communications teams across multiple disciplines, including social and owned channels, core community and earned media.

Reporting to the head of Community on the EA SPORTS Portfolio team, you will have a data-centric approach and develop relationships with core, lifestyle and sports Creators relevant to UFC, NHL, the PGA TOUR, sports and gaming. You should be well versed in online monitoring tools like Tubular, and familiar with social channels relevant to creators including YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram and more, ensuring all creator programs deliver to our marketing benchmarks for each game.

As part of this role, the Creators Specialist will partner with team members across Creative, Brand and Production on the Creator strategy, briefs, execution and reporting, creating programs that share the story of our games through the voice of Creators. You will also partner with agencies on large programs and activations, managing budgets and monitoring the performance of the creator activations.

Role Accountabilities

  • Aid in the execution of the creator and influencer marketing strategy for EA SPORTS PGA TOUR, NHL, UFC, and other EA SPORTS console and mobile titles.
  • Work as part of the marketing team, along with Communications, Creative Strategy, Brand, Partnerships and Development teams, to develop the Creators and influencer marketing strategy and content roadmap
  • Develop long-term relationships with mid-to-large-scale creators relevant to hockey, mixed martial arts and golf, and partner with the Community Manager in working with core creators.
  • For console titles (NHL, UFC and PGA), the Creators Specialist will also partner with the Community Managers, Partnerships, Business Development, Creative and social media teams on influencer strategy.
  • Coordinate with licensed partners, teams and leagues on Creator programs and collaborations during the marketing campaign
  • Work with the Development, Production and Partnerships teams on asset needs as part of Creator programs.
  • Provide creator social media platform performance metrics using third-party tools Tubular and Affogato
  • Help with research on the latest trends to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity and creator content.
  • Help manage the budget for creator and influencer marketing activities

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience working the influencers and creators
  • Experience leading influencer marketing campaigns for a large company or sports organization
  • Strong familiarity with online monitoring tools like Tubular
  • Have experience with social media channels relevant to Creators, such as TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram and more.
  • Remote-friendly role from indicated locations

CONTRACT POSITION - 12 MONTHS

The hourly pay ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

HOURLY PAY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):º $28 - $35
  • Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):º $28 - $35
  • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):º $28 - $35
  • Jersey City, NJ:º $28 - $35
  • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):º $28 - $35
