Our Influencer team is looking for a Creator Strategist!

The ideal candidate will be a team player who is extremely hard- working and responsible; someone who is digitally savvy, self-motivated, resourceful, culturally aware, and shows enthusiasm for the Influencer Marketing landscape. Should be knowledgeable of internet culture, has a strong understanding of influencer landscape and is enthusiastic about social media as a media channel that can drive business results, and has a strong POV on what will drive this industry forward. This person must be able to work in-office from our San Francisco or New York location 3 times a week. A team player that will roll up their sleeves and dive straight in to the work, the role will include:

  • Ideate, price, pitch, and execute scaled, influencer campaigns across paid, earned, and shared media
  • Strategic utilization of Influencer tools (including Tagger, CreatorIQ) and tech platforms for search and program management; recommendations for how tools can be used to improve efficiency, program learnings
  • Strong background in influencer cost components; and negotiation skills for services and budgets
  • Deep understanding of influencer metrics; ability to understand performance, predict performance, and suggest tactics for optimizing performance
  • Ability to explain your clients' key business objectives, KPI's and metrics
  • Clear understanding of ROI and measurement tools to identify and evaluate influencers
  • Understand clients’ business goals and objectives and be able to connect them to Access' Influencer capabilities
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, key stakeholders, clients and influencer agents and managers
  • Strong project management skills
  • Monitor and keep abreast of industry news and trends report updates to team
  • Mentor and manage junior team members

Salary Range: $70,000-85,000/yr

*Salary offered will be within range and based on years of experience

  • BS/BA from an accredited college or university in communications, journalism, public relations, English, marketing, or a related field preferred or relevant work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, public relations, and brand management in an agency or a non-agency setting
  • Demonstrated experience and a passion for the influencer universe on all channels including Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
