We are looking for an Assistant Artwork Processor preferable with Photoshop experience to work within our Artwork team. You must be confident in IT and systems with outstanding attention to detail.

Duties And Responsibilities Of Our Assistant Artwork Processor

• Process artwork from customers by creating files using Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw (training will be provided)
• Process and coordinate customer Artwork files mainly using Photoshop in line with standard operating procedures and create the necessary materials, ensuring they meet relevant specifications and quality standards.
• Upload the customer’s artwork to the online ordering system once the artwork is produced and approved
• Communicate with customers via telephone, email orders confirmations and deal with queries
• Ensure all digital files are correctly labelled and saved on the internal server system.
• Ensure that the stamp, inserts, stencils, ephemeras, craft dies, and paper packs orders are on track and prioritised accordingly
• Print negatives & masks for stamp orders

What We’re Looking For In Our Artwork Processor

• Experienced in using Photoshop
• Ideally have experience with Adobe and CorelDraw
• A creative eye and excellent attention to detail
• Can work to tight deadlines
• Commercial acumen and customer focused
• Ability to communicate with customers by email and telephone
• Excellent command of English both spoken and written
