What You Will Do:

• Develop both short-term and long-term game related strategies for content creators of HoYoverse North America. Promote the implementation of the strategy and be responsible for creator activity
• Coordinate with team member to formulate creator campaigns, guarantee and regularly improve the activity rate of creators. Efficiently manage existing resources and expand new resource channels to recruit new creators
• Collaborate with DA team to establish data dashboard in connection with required index of North American creators, provide precise creator operation plan
• Manage campaigns & event planning schemes for regular users, holidays & festivals, trending events, in-app trends, etc... with interdepartmental cooperation

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or above, proficiency in English is a must
• More than 3 years of work experience in the media industry or Internet company; prior experience in trending applications or game company is preferred
• Passionate about the gaming industry with clear insights into games in different genres and good comprehensions about global gamers
• Self contained gaming creator sources is a plus
• Committed, self-starter with high levels of initiative and ownership
