Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to spearhead our influencer engagement strategies across all Gibson brands. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our social media presence and influencer partnerships, driving brand awareness/development, expanding our reach. If you possess a keen eye for social media trends, brand development, are adept at influencer relationship management, and excel in negotiation and communication, we encourage you to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Identifying, engaging, and managing influencer partnerships. Orchestrate compelling influencer campaigns that resonate with our audience and align with our brand values.
- Track, Analyze, and Communicate Campaign Results: Monitor campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and share comprehensive reports regularly. Use these findings to refine and optimize our influencer marketing strategies. Be sales focused.
- Support Product Launch Campaigns: Collaborate closely with product teams to provide social media and influencer support during product launches. Leverage influencer partnerships to create buzz and maximize exposure.
- Explore collaboration opportunities with influencers and brands to amplify awareness and extend our reach. Skillfully handle negotiation discussions to create beneficial partnerships that align with our brand's values and goals.
- Nurture Social Media Growth and Engagement: Foster the expansion of our social media following by actively engaging with our audience, responding to comments, and keenly helping identify trends and content to drive the growth of a vibrant and dynamic online community.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with relevant departments to develop and execute captivating new branded product programs.
- Identify and Seize Growth Opportunities: Work closely with sales teams and customers to uncover potential areas for growth, leveraging influencer partnerships and social media initiatives.
Requirements
- College education, preferably a Bachelor's in Marketing or related discipline, and/or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience: demonstrated experience in public relations, consumer marketing, social media, or influencer marketing is essential for success in this role.
- Intermediate Understanding of Diverse Social Platforms: Proficiency in all major social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Tumblr) is required. You should navigate these platforms adeptly both as a marketer and a user. Stay updated on platform changes and emerging trends.
- Proven Track Record of Audience Growth: Showcase your ability to rapidly expand and engage audiences or communities through impactful content and strategies.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, vital for building influencer relationships, collaborating internally, and representing the company professionally.
- Negotiation and Brand Representation Skills: Display a knack for effective negotiation and the ability to advocate for the company's interests while maintaining a positive and mutually beneficial relationship with partners.
