Description
As a content creator, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. This position is heavy on generating content in the restaurants.
Duties include:
- Assisting the Social Media & Branding Manager with developing captivating content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our audiences across all 10 Fearless Restaurants brands.
- Assist the Director of Social Media & Branding at photo shoots and events at the restaurants.
- Assist with content strategy, copy, and posting strategy.
- Shadow the Director of Business Development and capture interesting and engaging content to show the behind-the-scenes of our brands on various social media channels.
- Our ideal candidate is a great collaborator who can edit photo content and must have experience with various social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
- The ideal candidate will also assist in the development and implementation of an influencer campaign strategy.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in video editing software and tools
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram. LinkedIn is a plus.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Currently enrolled in a college degree program, pursuing a relevant major (e.g., Photography, Hospitality, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing)
- Must have iPhone to shoot with though a DSLR camera is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Must have transportation to and from restaurants.
- Flexible schedule – 10-25 hours/week, in restaurants and from home.
