IDR is seeking a 100% remote, Head of Digital Media for one our top clients in the Nashville, TN area! This is a full Time, 3-month contract to hire position. Day to day responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital media campaigns, including social media, display advertising, SEM, SEO, influencer partnerships, and content distribution.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor, measure, and report on the performance of digital media campaigns, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously analyze campaign data to optimize strategies and tactics, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Closely monitor website performance and provide recommendations for improvements or testing of landing pages for campaigns.
  • Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and recommendations to clients
  • Monitor spending and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget constraints

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in digital media marketing, with a demonstrated track record of planning and executing successful campaigns.
  • 3+ years management experience
  • Proven experience in team leadership, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
  • Strong understanding of various digital media channels, platforms, and advertising technologies.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, ahrefs, Facebook Insights, etc.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative problem-solver who can adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
