The Content Creator, a key member of the marketing team, brings creative concepts to life by producing high-volume, high-quality content across all marketing channels (social media, email/SMS, print, etc) with a heavy emphasis on vertical video and digital content). With an expert knowledge of branding and cross-channel creative execution, the content creator works closely with the marketing team to create best-in-class creative that tells the brand story and helps achieve growth goals.

This full-time position is on-site at our brand new, modern corporate office in Dallas, TX. As our team continues to expand, the right candidate would have the opportunity to grow into a more senior position within the Marketing team. This position is perfect for a creative person who wants to make an impact and grow into a world-class, well-rounded marketer and leader.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with internal team and industry-leading marketing agency to conceptualize and execute multi-channel content strategy, keeping a pulse on trends and top performing content
• Maximize asset amplification and reach by repurposing assets for multiple channels and formats
• Work collaboratively across departments, taking feedback and offering creative solutions to support and grow the brand
• Monitor performance across social channels, developing channel-specific strategies to drive growth and engagement
• Plan and execute weekly content shoots at our dental offices
• Support influencer selection, outreach, strategy and management

Who We’re Looking For -- Does this describe you?

• You’re high-energy, proactive, driven and organized. You have big goals to achieve and do what it takes to achieve them. In other words, you have GRIT!
• You work well in a fast-paced team environment with multiple projects.
• You are passionate about storytelling and creative thinking. You love to think outside of the box to disrupt the market.
• A self-starter. You are ambitious, eager to learn, and are not afraid to voice your ideas and take on initiatives without being explicitly asked to do so.

What You’ll Need:

• 2-3 years professional working experience in content creation with an outstanding portfolio that includes high-quality vertical video content
• Experience using AI tools such as Chat GPT, Jasper, Runway is a MUST
• Experience using CapCut and Canva is a MUST
• Ability to proofread and QA – high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize
• Experience with not only brand-building, but also direct-response creative
• Preferred: graphic design background & experience with photoshop/ similar software
• Preferred: experience with videography and photography
