Digital Marketing Manager, Global Ostomy Marketing (Fixed Term Contract)

Job Summary
- Managing influencer strategy, relationships and social activity to derive maximum business results from Ostomy’s influencer program.
- Ensuring influencer assets are maximised across the business and coordinating events to ensure influencers are used to their maximum capability.
- Overseeing social comms strategy, creative content and analysis of the global social media calendar.
- Driving the use of key metrics and analysis to optimise across digital.
- Ensuring plans and direction are well communicated in the business
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Influencer Program Management (45%):
- Follow established influencer strategy and implement the program globally.
- Collaborate with markets to ensure selected influencers are relevant and appropriate and ensure key market coverage.
- Manage influencer platform (Upfluence) to use technology to increase ROI of the influencer program.
- Manage influencer relationships to be the key liaison between Convatec and consumer opinion leaders.
- Build relationships with customer service teams and local teams to ensure a collaborative approach to comms with influencers embodying Convatec’s patient first mentality in every communication.
- Track and measure effectiveness through basic social metrics and establish a best practice for tracking the activity directly back to brand or sales.
- Ensure all posts and contractual relationships are legally approved.
Social Media Calendar Creation and Management (35%):
- Work with agency to deliver social content to all markets.
- Support and oversee social media agency.
- Maintain Global Marketing Social Media Content Calendar and future plans.
- Liaise with country markets to ensure social content, globally created is useful and used.
- Take feedback and best practise and share social best practise across the business.
- Deliver assets to align with campaigns and brand guidance in batches at least a month prior to their suggested use.
- Help plan integrated social media campaigns to drive the brand and product launches with consistency and creativity.
- Ensure all creative has the appropriate approvals and translations if required.
- Measure, report and optimise based on success.
Digital Campaign Support (10%):
- Assist in the development of digital assets for campaigns to ensure best practises are met.
- Gather feedback on local market requests and asses them with the team to establish which should be prioritised.
- Work with agency partners to ensure creative excellence across digital campaigns.
- Guide on best practise for campaign tagging and ensure this is implemented across markets.
Reporting and Analysis (10%):
- Ensure thorough tracking ways of working are established for digital campaigns.
- Support markets to deliver key metrics.
- Analyse and optimise based on data and insight.
- Create reports and summaries where appropriate for digital campaigns and social media. Share widely
Additional Tasks (as required):
- Become a subject matter expert in all digital practises.
- Support Global Marketing Team with projects.

Travel is expected to be limited, approximately 10%.
