We are looking for a team-oriented, tech savvy storyteller and video creator to champion and execute our video marketing strategy. You are a creative problem solver, thinking of new ways to tell our stories using the latest in video technologies and leveraging all available tools. You are a natural collaborator working alongside the brand team, product marketing, demand generation and our newsroom writers to demonstrate empathy with our customers’ pain points, illustrate our product portfolio in action and bring our company differentiators to life. You understand B2B IT audiences and interests and enjoy finding unique ways to tell our most insightful stories clearly, concisely and with a sense of humor. You are passionate about video performance and the latest tricks and tools to produce professional content and ensure your video content reaches a wide audience. You want to be a part of a fun, collaborative team that works together to deliver informative and impactful campaigns.

What You’ll Do

  • Report to Senior Director of Brand with guidance on storylines and campaign priorities from the Head of Content & Comms. You’ll also work closely with a team of product marketing managers, SEO experts and security researchers.
  • You will be responsible for delivering unique, concise, and engaging long and short format videos for a variety of distribution channels, including the company website, partner portals, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and own the video content strategy and calendar, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to prioritize resources and deliver video content that generate new leads/sales.
  • You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the videos tell an impactful story, look professional and that they accurately present our products/services and align with our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the creation of engaging video scripts that will resonate with our target IT, MSP and VAR audiences.
  • Design production schedules that strategically utilize executive time and resources (shoot once, use many).
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest video production and marketing trends and propose scrappy production and content ideas to fill gaps in our video strategy.
  • Manage video production for shoots. Be comfortable with camera composition, audio and lighting when needed.
  • Mastery of digital tools to create storytelling animations.
  • Be part of the campaign planning process to propose video strategy and cross-functional amplification techniques.
  • Ensure proper tagging, description, classification, and captioning of all video content.
  • Understanding of SEO tactics and work with appropriate teams to gather performance metrics and optimize future videos. Where possible, report video content performance out to cross functional teams and highlight wins across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in Video Production, Digital Marketing, or a similar field
  • Superior knowledge of video shooting and editing and different filming styles and techniques
  • Understanding of animation and motion graphic workflows
  • Expertise in video filming and postproduction hardware and software, like Adobe Creative Cloud and other creative platforms
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and willingness to collaborate with others
  • Exceptional attention to detail, superb prioritization and organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
  • Preferred - Working knowledge/experience of cybersecurity topics
