We’re looking for a creative, dynamic, and digitally saavy brand marketeer who will drive our brand strategies, taking our flagship product, Tru Niagen, to the next level. Your deep understanding of our target markets, consumer behaviors, and industry trends are critical to expanding our brand in the marketplace.

What you’ll do

  • Brand Strategy Development: Iterate our brand strategy to better align with ChromaDex’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), target audience preferences, and market trends. Create a comprehensive roadmap to enhance brand positioning and marketplace presence
  • Brand Identity: Sharpen our unique value proposition, competitive differentiation, and brand positioning within our multiple revenue channels
  • Brand Communication: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. Collaborate cross-functionally to create engaging marketing campaigns, digital content, and social media initiatives
  • Influencer Marketing: Innovate influencer marketing strategies that will shape how we connect with our customer, grow, and evolve our customer base -- through influential voices. Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key influencers
  • Brand Partnerships: Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with the brand and its target demographics to expand brand reach and enhance brand reputation
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and marketing opportunities. Leverage data and analytics to refine brand strategies and adapt to evolving market dynamics
  • Brand Performance Measurement: Establish OKRs to track the effectiveness of our brand initiatives. Regularly analyze, evaluate, and report on brand performance metrics, campaign results, to make effective data-driven recommendations that optimize our brand strategies
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and develop a high-performing team. Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams including science, business development, legal, and creative

What we need from you:

  • 8+ years of progressive Marketing or Brand Development experience with a demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Proven ability in digital advertising, SEO, PPC, social media, content, growth, and retention marketing
  • Experience with dietary supplement and/or pharmaceutical industries is preferred
  • Ability to be an expert in NAD+ science, and with our products
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand management
  • Strong analytical skills and proven record of measuring and analyzing results
  • Excellent communication, writing, editorial, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
