Job Summary
Plan, monitor, and manage customer-facing eCommerce projects from initiation through completion.
Responsible for work intake, project documentation, and customized project deliverables as related to internal, or external eProcurement or marketplace integration projects.
Responsible for internal and external stakeholder and communication management, providing clearly defined project scope assumptions and communication of all project deliverables.
Serve as an influencer for the digital ecommerce integration roadmap, suggesting needed technical enhancements and process improvements.
Major Responsibilities
Plan and manage customer-facing projects from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include tracking day-to-day activities across Medline & customer technical teams.
Able to lead 12-15 mid to large eCommerce or marketplace integration projects, or related content enrichment projects simultaneously.
Collaborate cross-functionally to execute project deliverables. This includes identifying and securing technical resource needs to effectively and successfully complete projects.
Collaborate and communicate effectively both externally (outside of Medline) and internally (within Medline) to lead the project and manage change before, during, and after process/procedure changes. This includes keeping stakeholders informed on progress, open tasks, due dates, etc.
Work collaboratively with eCommerce Product Managers and subject matter experts to stay informed about and/or to recommend new digital features and capabilities across Medline’s digital product portfolio.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures for sales rep/customer onboarding activities. Define new project deliverable templates (scope, project plan, test plan, cutover plan, etc.) for each unique eProcurement or marketplace solution, or related eCommerce product.
Facilitate kickoff & standing meetings for each eCommerce project with appropriate audiences (customer procurement & IT resources, third party vendor or marketplace, plus Medline Sales, IT, eCommerce, operations, & digital content resources)
Partner with eCommerce Support resources to provide 2nd or 3rd level customer-facing support when needed.

Minimum Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree with IT, supply chain, or marketing focus
Work Experience
5+ years of technical experience leading large eCommerce integration projects (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
7+ years of implementation management experience with eProcurement or marketplace projects involving EDI, cXML, or API web services, & common eProcurement platforms (i.e. Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Unimarket, Oracle BN, ESM…)
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Experience with project management applications such as JIRA or Microsoft Project.
Experience with SAP including understanding of Procure-to-Pay / Order-to-Cash processes required.
Integration knowledge and experience with common eProcurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer required
Strong knowledge of EDI, XML, cXML, html, API services, & SOAPUI or Rest API tools required
Customer-facing communication skills, verbal & written. Able to document new internal or external SOPs.
Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office products; Proficient with MS Access, V-lookup and Pivot tables
Organization skills, with demonstrated project management methodology.
Strong technical aptitude & quick learner; Able to function well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen, with ability to present Medline’s digital capabilities to customers business & technical teams.
Willingness to travel up to 10% for relevant internal or customer meetings.
