The Sr. Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all marketing initiatives on behalf of the brand. This position will support the strategic direction, development, and implementation of the company’s marketing, branding and content strategy. This includes integrated campaigns and content creation to increase awareness, engagement and greater connection to 12th Tribe’s customers. This role will work closely with our e-commerce, operations, product, and buying teams to align and shift strategy where necessary.

We are a fast paced working environment and we are looking for a team member who can thrive under pressure of the online space! This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing. Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, implement and monitor marketing campaigns. Optimize as necessary to hit revenue goals.
  • Manages overarching content calendar and marketing schedule. Relays updates to all team to ensure cohesion. Manages timelines to execute calendar.
  • Manages and oversees marketing team to drive productivity and results.
  • Effectively communicate and build trust with senior executives and internal stakeholders and partners and drive alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be able to write comprehensive creative briefs that give designers clear direction when creating assets.
  • Oversee executional management of email and SMS program inclusive of planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Manage the influencer marketing initiatives on behalf of the brand inclusive of vetting influencers, optimizing towards success, communicating influencers, setting KPIs, and providing measurement to support.
  • Monitor and facilitate paid digital (social media platforms, Google, etc.) recommendations as well as ad strategy and management.
  • Oversee management of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cadence across all marketing initiatives as well as campaign specific reports.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience independently leading marketing programs that drive business results.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field.
  • Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
  • Ability to support development of high-level strategies and lead tactical execution.
  • A proven track record of marketing strategy, planning, analytics/reporting experience.
  • Proficient using project management system such as Monday.com or similar.
  • Knowledge in the Duel (influencer) landscape or similar platform.
  • Proficient Strong computer skills using Google Suite
  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, successfully delivering the required results.
  • A natural "people person," skilled at building and nurturing relationships, and balancing many priorities
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of and interest in the fashion and e-commerce space
  • Experience in visual storytelling on a multitude of marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of market research practices and techniques
  • Cost analysis and budget experience
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
  • Highly collaborative and must have experience running large scope projects with cross-over departments and large teams.
  • A forward-thinker who must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment without compromising attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in solving challenges at project and staff levels. Troubleshoot with positive, supportive leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
