About the role:
We are looking for a digital innovator and strategist to take Liquid I.V.’s digital presence and content to the next level. This person is responsible for creating and driving Liquid I.V.’s digital strategy with a focus on social platforms and influencer marketing. They will ensure that our digital approach is aligned with the brand pillars, marketing objectives and business goals. They will partner with our in-house creative agency to create disruptive, compelling, and engaging content that entertains, educates, and ultimately drives consumer engagement across all social & digital media.
The ideal candidate is a storyteller who understands the combination of content, conversation and culture and has a successful track record of leading and executing innovative social and influencer strategies that are brand centric. This person should have a deep understanding of the social and digital world, always be on the leading edge of digital innovation, and drive integrated campaigns across social and influencer (both macro and micro) that fit within the overall marketing strategies. This position will oversee a team of 5+ inclusive of influencer team, social and community managers.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Create the vision for a thriving social media ecosystem inclusive of determining priority platforms, establishing stretching KPIs, and defining a content strategy.
- Identify ways to evolve influencer marketing approach, given a constant scaling network, through technology solutions or agency relationships.
- Establish integrated social media and influencer marketing campaigns that amplify the overall brand strategy and drive tangible business impact.
- Develop platform-specific strategies and content execution plans for organic social and influencer (macro and micro) to amplify brand messaging, drive brand awareness, support new product launches, drive revenue and grow engagement and reach across TikTok, Instagram and key global social channels.
- Implement innovative digital tactics that leverage consumer insights and brand strategy to build a best-in-class engagement approach that results in meaningful and long-lasting relationships with our community.
- Conceptualize and partner with in-house creative team on the creation of compelling and best-in-class content across multiple social and digital channels including: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Drive breakthrough digital marketing tactics to help cement brand equity as an innovative digital leader.
- Exhibit a superior understanding of the digital landscape, leading trends, and changes in consumer behavior, identify social innovations to leverage on TikTok, Instagram and LIV’s key social platforms.
- Lead data and analytics reporting, delivering monthly reporting to leadership team, showcasing proven growth, and implementing optimizations to strategy.
- Present new innovative initiatives based on emerging trends in digital branded entertainment and technology such as AI, gaming, etc.
- Collaborate with the Director of Ecommerce and Creative Director to develop innovative and engaging social content for all digital and social networks.
- Manage internal and external digital and creative partners as well as an internal manager of Influencer Marketing and Manager of Social Media.
- Work closely with teams cross functionally to support sales and retail initiatives.
- Manage social and influencer budget.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in social media, influencer and/or community marketing.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate required.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary media (social media, content marketing, influencers, video, mobile).
- Have a deep understanding of micro & macro influencer marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of the digital world and be on the pulse of new-age digital innovation (initiatives and platforms).
- Proven success across social media, influencer, and paid (personally or commercially) with metrics and case studies.
- Proven ability to manage and negotiate influencer and creator contracts.
- Proficient in influencer and social media management software and tools.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in health and wellness space a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a deadline driven environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines.

Work Environment:
- Office environment with flexibility for industry events.
The expected base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $190,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
