The Creator Monetization product team's mission is to power the passion economy by offering economic opportunities for creators who inspire creativity, bring joy, and provide value to our users. In this role, you will be shaping the landscape of the product strategy which powers the passion economy and we expect you to find solutions and create opportunities independently. This is a full-time role preferably located in the Bay Area or Los Angeles
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing events and campaigns to drive GMV growth based on an in-depth understanding of demand and supply in a content marketplace;
- Enhance the overall paid content quality of the platform by setting up a series of creator and content standards along with educational outreaches to uplift the efforts of creators.
- Maintain and promote the balanced ecosystem of creators by implementing appropriate policies and regulations that safeguard the interests of both the platform and creators.
- Responsible for shaping consumer mentality and improving their willingness-to-pay by designing end-to-end operations strategy throughout the year;
- Plan, test and scale promotional events to grow adoption of business solutions, and as a result, achieve business goals including but not limited to GMV, content production and user growth;
- Drive business conversions by working closely with cross functional teams (product management, data scientist, program management, etc.) to enhance efficiency of each step along the conversion funnel;
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, events operations, or content platform operations.
- Familiar with global content platforms creator ecology and monetization projects, including but not limited to advertising revenue, subscription, rewards, content payment, etc., and can respond promptly to market changes and trends.
- Possess excellent empathy, deep understanding of consumer and creator's needs, and accurately grasp the relationship between user demand and supply through data analysis and user research.
- Knowledge of content platform operation strategies on major social media and e-commerce platforms, and can design different strategies for targets related to content, creators or products.
- Strong data analysis capabilities and familiarity with key indicators of content/e-commerce platforms, able to attribute changes in data.
- Experience managing large scale events and campaigns from ideation to goal attainment

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93333 - $160800 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
