Position Summary

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. This role will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, monitor social media platforms, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media efforts.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes social media strategies to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and leadgeneration goals
  • Creates and curates engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limitedto Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and others
  • Builds and launches paid social media campaigns
  • Schedules and publishes content on social media channels, maintaining a consistent postingschedule
  • Responds to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering meaningful interactions with ouraudience and addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly
  • Monitors trends, news, and discussions relevant to our industry to identify opportunities fortimely and relevant social media content
  • Analyzes social media performance metrics, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), andprepares regular reports on campaign effectiveness and audience insights
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketingstrategies and campaigns
  • Explores and implements social media advertising campaigns to reach targeted audiences andachieve specific marketing objectives
  • Engages in influencer outreach and partnership opportunities to expand brand reach and buildrelationships within the industry
  • Manages executive social media accounts, creating professional posts and growing their personalbrand identity
  • Stays up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and shares insights with the team to continuously improve social media efforts
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge And Skills

  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Ability to shoot and edit short videos
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity in crafting engaging content
  • Proficient in using design and editing tools for creating visual content (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and influencer marketing concepts is a plus
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media marketing

Experience And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, required
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in managing social media platforms and using social media management tools
  • Experience with social media paid ads
