POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Product Marketing to play a vital role in launching and evolving our products, services and features. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, your expertise in messaging and marketing materials development will be instrumental in achieving key business goals by fostering product adoption through our owned, earned, and paid channels. Collaborating closely with Product, Design, Commercial and Operations, you'll gather essential insights to shape our customer value propositions and messaging, ensuring a unified synergy across diverse product marketing campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for new products, services and features that are aligned with overall company goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of these plans.
- Audience Segmentation: Analyze target audiences to identify key segments and develop tailored marketing approaches that resonate with diverse client demographics, psychographics, and preferences.
- Positioning and Messaging: Craft compelling positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the unique and differentiated value propositions of Lyte.
- Content Creation: Lead the development of marketing collateral, including promotional materials, presentations, videos, and web content, designed to engage and inform audiences.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that leverage a variety of platforms, including digital, social media, email, influencers, trade events and partnerships, to maximize brand and product visibility in market.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging data and insights to make informed adjustments and optimizations that drive continuous improvement.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and ensure our events remain relevant and attractive.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of product marketing experience, preferably within the live event, music, entertainment, or related industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and retention.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, buyer personas, and consumer behavior analysis.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, influencer collaborations, event marketing and partnership development.
- Passion for the live event industry and a deep appreciation for simplifying the fan experience.
