The North America (NA) Marketing team is responsible for bringing the fresh brand to life in the NA market through strong product-focused campaigns that are based on business priorities, consumer insights and industry trends. The department is comprised of brand marketing, paid & earned media, and retailer relations. Brand marketing encompasses 360 campaign planning and execution, competitive analysis, and industry trends. Paid & Earned media consists of our national & retailer media campaigns, influencer relations and press/events. Retailer relations focuses on building relationships with our key retailers: overseeing key gifting moments, sampling, GWP programs, and in-store activation.
Your Impact to the role:
- Serves as internal point person for North America comps and advanced sample requests, maintaining tracker and associated timelines in partnership with Global team
- Partners with internal cross-functional teams, including visual merchandising, to manage creative and text request processes, maintain timeline, and be main point of contact for marketing
- Maintain quarterly competitive product analysis and internal sell through reporting
- Assist in creating 360 presentations for internal and external meetings
- Manage internal and external execution of sampling programs, including allocation, planning, retailer forms, PO process and reconciliation of shipments
- Assist in the development of retailer-specific promotional plans (brainstorm sessions, North America presentations and strategic plans in partnership with Global team)
- Serve as marketing point person for photo-ready comps (new launches and samples) to provide on-time delivery to retailers for requested needs
- Collaborate with global on set assortments and contribute to set forecasting
- Research competitive set offering & strategies
Your impact in your first year:
- Initiate program development for assigned franchises and clearly compile & disseminate program details and objectives to all support groups, in a timely manner, to ensure programs meet brand’s strategic and financial objectives
- Act as point person for cross-functional teams and continue to anticipate, identify, and come up with resolution for all 360 marketing challenges
- Be curious, identify opportunities, and take initiative to make projects more effective & efficient
WHO YOU ARE
You have:
- 3-4 Years of Experience in Marketing
- Proven Project Management Skills
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Proactively make recommendations on process improvement and new ways of working
- Ambition to learn more, with a curious mindset
- Strong passion for the beauty industry
- Positive attitude and desire to collaborate with others
- Organized and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environment
- Detail oriented mindset
- Ability to develop mood boards and/or visual presentations
- Passion for the beauty industry
- You are an out-of-the-box thinker with a Sky’s the Limit mentality
- You are proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
