About The Role 🎉

We are looking for a creative and proactive Community Manager to help build and manage Runway's incredible growing community of creators & artists.

As part of this role, you'll engage directly with users & community members in Runway's Community Channels, strategically develop external relationships with influencers & key community voices, and will be the voice of Runway within our community channels.

What you'll do 🎨

  • Manage & moderate Runway's community channels in Discord and Reddit & engage daily with community members to ensure a positive & safe environment
  • Ideate & execute community engagement initiatives in digital community channels
  • Assist with community event coordination & community event planning
  • Develop & manage external relationships with key community members & influencers
  • Amplify comms for key Runway launches/moments in community spaces
  • Monitor industry trends & have a great pulse on creator ecosystem

What you'll need 💻

  • Experience in support, social media, or community management roles
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Understanding of creator ecosystem & industry players
  • Understanding of Discord and Reddit moderation tools is a plus
