Who We Are Looking For
Reporting to the Director of Consumer Engagement, the Influencer & PR Manager will be responsible for planning and executing all aspects of influencer and content creator outreach, community relationship management, and creator content deliverables, in addition to managing PR programs that include online and offline events.
This role is integrated cross-functionally and will work collaboratively with the go to market teams (growth, ecommerce, CRM and product marketing). There will be one direct report to this role.
The primary responsibilities involve developing relationships with creators and influencers and executing initiatives to drive conversions and incremental awareness for the brand and products across digital and social platforms. This person will also have PR experience, and understand the fundamentals of planning communications that support brand and product, including: press materials, media outreach, PR events/activities, reporting and tracking performance. Experience with end-to-end event management is a must.
This position requires strong relationship skills (existing influencer relationships is a plus), excellent written and verbal communication with a strong knowledge of building and engaging relationships with community influencers in the digital and social media landscape. The ideal candidate will have some experience in the beauty industry or a passion for all things beauty, and have a deep interest in our Giving Mission.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the communications function of the marketing group by aligning influencer, creator and PR strategies
- Drive relationships with content creators and influencers across key social channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter, etc
- Crossfunctionally collaborate with the Go-to-Market and Product Marketing teams in order to effectively plan new and core product community engagement campaigns
- Create unique owned, paid and earned content programs for the brand, our Giving Mission and products, in partnership with social and growth teams
- Generate + manage timelines, briefs, talent sourcing, concepting, strategy and execution for evergreen content needs (in collaboration with influencer coordinator)
- Be the point person on outreach, negotiations, contract development and payment for all influencer partnerships
- Direct and capture sophisticated influencer and PR data reporting - leveraging tools such as Tracker
- Support and manage the PR agency partnerships + seeding programs in collaboration with the direct report
- Proactively stay up to date with digital and social trends, monitoring competitors and digital influencer activity across social content inclusive of online and offline activations
What will make you stand out:
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing (beauty experience preferred)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects and relationships at a time
- Strategic thinker with an understanding of analytics and social reporting
- Experience building and nurturing influencer, creator and editor relationships – expected to have strong existing relationships
- Proven track record for achieving results and driving partnerships with beauty influencers across social media platforms including emerging channels including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Collaborative and open to cross-functional ideas and workExcellent relationship building and negotiating skills
- A self-starter that is driven by creating growth and developing big picture brand strategy
- Experience managing and growing direct reports

The base pay range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, with the following factors determining the base pay at offer: skills, qualifications, experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Additionally, this role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
