Compensation: $108,864 to $163,296 Annually

As the Global Pinnacle Sr. Product Manager, you will play a key role in breathing new life into current product offerings and developing future opportunities for the Pinnacle business and brand. You have an inherent connection to city culture, the needs, wants, and influences of Generation Z and Alpha consumers You look to challenge the status quo constantly. You have a keen eye for trends in sneaker culture, street fashion, high fashion, Skateboarding, and youth culture and an understanding of how footwear & apparel can capitalize on these key trends in the marketplace. You are consistently on the cutting edge of culture and influence.

This role is responsible for driving all stages of the product creation process, from uncovering consumer and marketplace insights to presenting finalized footwear and apparel concepts. This includes creating product briefs, analyzing business metrics, researching consumer and marketplace trends, co-authoring the line plan with team, and collaborating with Design, Development & Regional Merchandising teammates to create industry-leading products. This role will lead by example in every aspect of the job and work with cross-functional team members to achieve business results related to revenue growth, profitability, pricing margins, and style/sku productivity. You will serve as a proactive partner for your peers, acting as a leader during critical checkpoints. You will be responsible for coordinating and communicating the line or specific products to internal and external audiences.

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

  • Manage select Global Pinnacle Collaborations - including strategy, product management, partner communication, and internal cross-functional collaboration (legal, ops, marketing, etc.)
  • Influence and implement strategic category and range direction that meet the needs of our consumers as well as support the BU’s financial and growth objectives.
  • Lead and build a high performing a cross-functional team. Cultivate and empower and diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Drive and execute key initiatives and provide input for short and long-term vision for product strategies across footwear & apparel.

How you will do it:

  • Work with Product director in the development of seasonal product strategies.
  • Be the consumer and product expert.
  • Create ranges within footwear & apparel for both an image and commercial point of view.
  • Lead and develop your team.
  • Provide direction and clear communication across teams with focus on results.

  • Provide visible leadership across the organization as the Global product expert across our Pinnacle business.
  • Build a fast moving and entrepreneurial environment pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Take calculated risks and digesting learnings for the team quickly

Skills For Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 7+ years

Educational Position Requirements:

A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

  • Strong financial acumen, superior planning and analysis ability and data driven - experience with product planning, sales forecasting, and working to budgets
  • Ability to think critically and provide constructive insight in a collaborative environment. Highly organized, structured, and detail oriented
  • Creative problem solver, comfortable with ambiguous situations and can thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range:

$108,864.00 USD - $163,296.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential:

This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
