Social Media Manager
Location: Fully Remote in United States. East Coast preferred but not required.
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to spearhead and supercharge our hyper growth in social and beyond.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the right candidate will plan, implement, and optimize our social media programs to drive growth, awareness, and engagement amongst our diverse target audiences and communities, demonstrate experience creating content (especially video), amplifying it via paid and partners, and drive measurable results.
Candidates should be hands-on, data-driven, have a strong background in building creative social media campaigns (organic, paid & partner), and have a solid understanding of how to drive amplification, engagement and leads leveraging social media and partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy, plan, and execution of all social media activities for @seekrscore and @missionseekr.
- Grow following, awareness, engagement, and traffic for social handles and programs.
- Manage social calendar including draft, edits, and content sourcing for all campaigns and posts.
- Daily community management and response.
- Drive paid and partner social campaigns – including OKRs, ideation, content development, execution, optimization, and reports.
- Manage overall partner strategy: create, build, and maintain creator and ambassador relationships.
- Communicate ideas, methods, opportunities, and results to drive alignment across cross functional partners.
- Develop and deploy, in partnership with Insights/Analytics team, progress and measurement reports against OKRs.
- Execute additional channels – e.g., paid media, SEM, email – as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ years of social media experience with demonstrated experience and results working across B2B, B2C and Gen Z.
- Curious growth minded social media strategist who is equally adept at executing with excellence.
- End to end experience (organic, partner, and paid) in social strategy, content strategy and development, campaign management, partner/influencer marketing, and measurement.
- A trusted network and access to an army of partners, creators and production companies.
- Deep experience in developing and directing content for various platforms. You have your finger on the pulse of latest trends and know which content types work best for each platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc) and format (Reels, Shorts, Stories, In-Feed etc).
- Proficient in community management.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal/external teams and partners.
- Ability to manage up, down and sideways.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication.
The following experience is a plus:
- Experience in tech industry is highly desired.
- Experience working for digital brand and/or media company is highly desired.
- International experience a big plus!
