Community & On-Premise Marketing Specialist
Overview/Function: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for our various Coca-Cola brands, innovative marketing, exceptional creativity and the ability to effectively engage with diverse communities.This position will play a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty through strategic execution of graphic design, social media management, event coordination, influencer campaigns and more.
Major Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create captivating graphic designs for retail point of sale materials, submit for approval, and oversee back-end financial procedures related to ordering.
- Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across various platforms.
- Plan, coordinate and execute corporate and brand-sponsored events, with a focus on involvement from corporate partners such as BODYARMOR or Monster Energy.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of impactful signage for various events and on-premise retail locations.
- Manage and execute programming initiatives targeted at colleges and universities to build brand awareness among the student demographic.
- Lead influencer campaign management, identifying and partnering with relevant influencers to amplify brand messaging
- Coordinate external sampling efforts to introduce the brand to new audiences and gather valuable consumer feedback.
- Produce high-quality videography content to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Attend prestigious property meetings to present achievable marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Oversee texting programs for the on-premise side of the business to facilitate direct communication and engagement with customers.
- Maintain and update the on-premise SharePoint site with up-to-date and relevant marketing information as needed.

Qualifications
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field required. (Additional related experience may substitute for education.) One year of previous related experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and public speaking skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with external outlets. Strong written communication skills with a proven ability to write professional for external media.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Must have competent Social Media user skills (including but not limited to Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, etc.) and impeccable personal social media user profile.
- Self-motivated, consumer-focused, and an excellent team player with the ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong business and sales-oriented acumen is needed.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Strong problem resolution and analytical thinking skills; Ability to analyze and effectively solve complex problems, while dealing with stressful situations.
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and collaboration skills. Ability to effectivity manage multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines with tact and professionalism.
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to varying situations
Additional:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position will be office-based, however may occasionally spend time at each of our facilities throughout the region and to attend off-site events at customer sites. A variety of physical abilities are needed, such as the ability to lift files and displays, push/pull displays, open filing cabinets, kneel, and bend as needed. The ability to climb stairs, stand, walk, twist, grasp, reach, push, pull, sit, stoop, crouch, and climb will be required.
- Regional travel will be required to support our multiple locations, and for off-site community and commercial events.
- Typical work hours are Monday-Friday role (8:00 am 5:00 pm) however some evening and weekend work may be required as needed to support the business
