To help us achieve our goals, we're seeking a Brand Marketing Manager who will develop and execute an effective brand strategy. With the right strategy, we can increase our target audience's brand awareness, image, and reputation, ultimately driving business growth and success.

As a Brand Marketing Manager, you'll be the go-to person for:

  • Develop and execute a brand strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives and target audience
  • Conduct market research, analyze consumer preferences, and forecast industry trends to inform brand positioning and messaging
  • Monitor competitors' activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Plan and execute brand campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize brand impact.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to develop creative assets and execute campaigns
  • Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of brand campaigns, providing timely reports and insights to relevant teams
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the industry, implementing innovative approaches to enhance the effectiveness of our branding strategy

The ideal candidate will have some or all of the following characteristics:

  • 3–5 years of brand marketing experience, focusing on the tech industry
  • Managing multiple digital acquisition and retention channels, including working closely with agency partners
  • Expertise in developing and coordinating effective media strategies, reaching out to media outlets, implementing influencer marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging content will be a plus
  • Strong technical aptitude and a deep understanding of consumer behavior, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions
