Creative Producer
The Lifeway Media team is seeking a Creative Producer who will generate growth in Lifeway ministry areas as they capture inspiring and informative content, frame product with educational efficacy, apply personal creativity, and deliver with business, relational, and technical excellence. The Creative Producer enjoys a unique opportunity to serve people through video, including work with authors during their creative processes related to Bible studies, on-going curriculum lines, and other published content.

This is a hybrid remote/in-office position located in the greater Nashville, TN area and relocation assistance is available.
This hybrid role welcomes anyone with the skills, either currently or willing to relocate within 2-4 hours of Middle Tennessee, to apply!
You’ll spend time collaborating in-person with the team, while also having the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing leadership to educational media projects
- Uses a wide range of skills in managing video production and publishing processes
- Check content for biblical accuracy
- Oversees and/or establishes creative direction, writes scripts, always sets the budget, meets legal requirements, organizes logistics
- Instructs the post-production process, meets deadlines, and communicates with the team throughout the process
- Maintains a balanced contingent of multimedia creative contractors
- Continues ongoing professional development and training to stay aware of current technology and trends
- Recommends strategic ideas and plans for using media and technology
- Provides purchase recommendations
- 15-25% travel required
Qualifications
- An educational media orientation
- 7 years video-audio production
- 5 years indirect leadership and influence of cross-functional teams
- 1-3 years logistics & budget management
- 3 years contract & vendor coordination
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's Degree - Communication Theory, Fine arts, Broadcasting/Film/Television/Recording sciences, related field or requisite experience
