ACT Marketing is currently seeking a talented Digital Content Creator II responsible for helping to create and execute demand and lead generation campaigns that educate, inform, and facilitate brand engagement for ACT. The Digital Content Creator will focus on compelling storytelling in a variety of digital channels and formats to create an ongoing “conversation” that will elevate the ACT brand across market segments.

The ACT Marketing Team

ACT Marketing is part of ACT’s External Affairs business area. We are a mid-sized team of 25-30 professionals with varied skillsets and backgrounds. The Finalist will be hired at the salary and level commensurate with their qualifications. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary in the range of $60,000 to $75,000. ACT manages salaries within the range based on relevant factors including, skills, experience, and internal equity. This position is not incentive eligible.

What you will be working on:

  • Work closely with the ACT brand team, designer, and developers to deploy messaging, experiences, and content relevant to a variety of core ACT audiences
  • Work with a mix of words, images, videos, and other media to create content for websites, apps, and social media pages
  • Drive audience-focused content that sets the stage for engagement with the ACT brand, message, and its corresponding products and holistic approach to educational pathways and success
  • Write content including social media, email, ads, website pages, and other types of content that aligns with the ACT brand
  • Work closely with the rest of Marketing and particularly the Customer Touchpoints Team to understand the capabilities of our digital communications platforms and to learn how to write and design content for best-use in these platforms and our social media communications team
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of a master editorial calendar and related responsibilities
  • Collaborate with all social media stakeholders

Minimum requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of marketing experience with recent specialization in digital, content, social media, brand management, and/or product marketing, as well as experience:
  • Planning and creating marketing campaigns for digital channels including Web, email, social media, blogs
  • Contributing to a content strategy that focuses on user experience being delivered in the right time, place and format
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, and the ability to educate other writers in best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively and develop productive relationships in a results-driven, team-oriented matrix environment
  • Ability to work with a strong customer-focused mindset – deliver on time, communicate clearly, earn trust
  • Strong organizational, analytical, decision making and planning skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to think critically about marketing performance, as related to business performance
  • Ability to stay abreast of the latest trends and debate in key audience sectors and create content focused on the voice of the customer
  • Ability to manage change, deliver and thrive in an environment experiencing change at a fast pace
  • Skills and knowledge required for success in this position can be attained through experience, education (Bachelor’s degree in digital media, advertising, web or graphic design, or a related field), or a combination of both.

It’s a plus if you have:

  • HTML, CSS
  • Video editing capabilities
