Position Description:
We are actively seeking a Marketing Manager with hybrid expertise spanning Social Media, Email, and Influencer Marketing. This pivotal role requires a candidate who can innovate, strategize, and actualize. The selected individual will be tasked with formulating comprehensive marketing plans, devising monthly content schedules, crafting compelling marketing materials, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Holistic Marketing Strategy: Design an integrated marketing plan that cohesively binds Social Media, Email, and Influencer Marketing, enhancing our outreach and impact.
2. Content Calendar Creation: Develop a monthly content plan that aligns with the organization's goals and resonates with our diverse audience, shedding light on the life-changing services we offer.
3. Material Production: Either independently or by collaborating with in-house teams, produce potent marketing materials that truly capture the essence of our mission and the transformative journey we facilitate.
4. Data Analysis & Strategy Optimization: Regularly gather and interpret campaign data. Utilize these insights to continually refine and elevate our marketing strategy, ensuring that our message reaches those in need.
