This Sr. Manager Consumer Communication is responsible for earned owned media including PR & influencers, social media, and overall owned content for MABI US. The Sr. Manager will develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to effectively engage our target audience, enhance brand reputation, and drive consumer awareness and engagement. It requires a deep understanding of PR, influencer marketing, and social media management, along with excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

As The Sr. Manager Consumer Communication, You Will

  • Create and implement integrated communication plans that align with the overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Lead all PR activities, including developing press releases, media pitches, and media kits.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Oversee the company's social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Develop and execute social media content strategies to engage and grow our target audience.
  • Manage a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Qualified Candidates Will Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree & 7+ years of progressive marketing experience in Alc/Bev or CPG.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving, explosive-growth brand.
  • Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Strong social media experience. In tune with what's going on in the social universe.
