Information about the position
As Creative Production Specialist - Digital freelancer, you will be responsible for the creation, iteration and localisation of digital content at Vinted. Additionally, you'll be able to support our 360 Campaigns & Brand sub-team with non-digital content, when needed.
You’ll have the chance to work in collaboration with many internal and external stakeholders, including the Vinted Creative Unit team, Creative Operations and media channels.
For your application to be considered, it is essential that you already have at least 1.5 years of experience in producing multimedia content, either within an agency or in-house.
In this position, you’ll
- Work collaboratively with our digital channel teams and the rest of the Creative Unit, ensuring a set level of creative ambition for each production, whilst respecting pre-agreed budgets and timelines.
- Be responsible for the localisations, iterations and usage renewals of existing digital content, as well as for the execution of new multimedia projects, to be aired on channels including but not limited to Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitch, Youtube, Discover, Google Play, Display Network, Search Network and more.
- Contribute to production planning and manage your own shoot schedules, shot lists, call sheets, content storage and asset / usage trackers.
- Be the owner of your projects’ budget, from initial estimate to final reconciliation and reporting.
- Commission digital creators, film directors or photographers - focusing on contract signing, fees negotiation, usage rights and logistic requirements.
- Research, recommend and book all external partners, crew and suppliers,whilst aligning with all necessary internal stakeholders.
- Manage the post-production process, including retouching, editing, grading, sound, motion graphics and any necessary licensing and clearing requirements.
- Build long term relationships with artist and creator agencies, digital production partners, location companies, studios, talent agencies and any other relevant suppliers.
About You
- You have at least 1.5 years of experience in a similar role, or related area with relevant transferable skills
- You are a clear and concise communicator, committed to championing Vinted’s values when interacting with any external partners
- You are up to date on visual, audio and digital trends, with special attention to the UGC area
- You can take direction, shaping your plans based on ongoing feedback
- You are able to work on many simultaneous projects and thrive with fast paced problem solving
- You are fluent in spoken and written English
