Job Summary:

As HeyGen's TikTok Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and publishing high-impact content on TikTok to grow our brand’s presence. You should be highly creative, tech-savvy, and up-to-date with TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices.

This is a contract position requiring a commitment of 5 - 10 hours per week, with the expectation to produce at least 3 videos per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

  • Conceptualize and create a minimum of 3 entertaining or informative TikTok videos per week that align with HeyGen’s brand identity and objectives.

Content Strategy

  • Develop a content calendar and posting schedule.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Marketing Team to align TikTok activities with overall marketing goals.

Audience Engagement

  • Respond to comments, questions, and direct messages in a timely and brand-consistent manner.

Trend Monitoring

  • Stay updated on TikTok trends, viral challenges, and popular hashtags to ensure HeyGen’s content is relevant and impactful.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor KPIs and analytics to assess the performance and impact of each TikTok post.
  • Use data to make informed decisions about future content and strategy.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with other team members to integrate TikTok content with other social media platforms and marketing channels.

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience as a TikTok Creator or similar role for a B2B company.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation:

  • $1,000 - $2,000 per month

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with brand development on social media.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools.
