KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a TikTok Social Media Content Creator, with a top athleisure-fashion brand. The ideal candidate is great with creating and editing TikTok's, understands how to increase views, gain followers, meet KPI's, leading to conversions. Not only is this person a digital creator, but can work in a professional client facing capacity, managing influencers, and reporting on analytics and data in relation to campaign performance.

Responsibilties:

  • Support social media team in developing TikTok social strategy, driving brand awareness
  • Create content for a newly launched TIkTok account
  • Engage with followers and monitor conversations, ensurng responses are in alignment with the brand's voice
  • Identify influencers and new creators to partner with, implementing viral TikTok tactics
  • Stay up to date on emerging platform trends and propose new ideas
  • Work in tandem with the social team to understand campaign performance and growth
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, and content ideation
  • Must have a proven track record of success, with examples of content produced

This is a full-time position, can be remote or Orange County based.

About The Opportunity

  • Consolidation of weekly Cash forecast reporting packages
    • Actualization of Weekly Cash flow model + update forecast
    • Running all necessary SAP reports/Bank Reports and reconciling actual vs forecast for weekly spend, updating daily sales actuals, etc
    • Updating weekly AP detail file for management review
    • Update 52 week cash model to reflect current approved spend
  • Daily updates on bank cash position (opening balances + reconciliation)
  • Manage R+F's monthly and quarterly TLB, RCF and Hedged Interest payments forecasts
  • Assist in preparing quarterly lender presentations
  • Provide insightful financial /analytical support for key business decisions
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to optimize our working capital metrics and improve forecasting accuracy
  • Lead quarterly lender presentation prep including updating all relevant materials and timelines

What You Bring to the Opportunity

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree preferred
  • 5+ years of work experience in corporate FP&A, treasury, investment banking, or treasury consulting
  • Experience with SAP, Coupa and Adaptive Planning are strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, data management and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, has ability to create and work with complex models
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
  • Effective organizational and time management skills; demonstrates appropriate prioritization and ability to meet timelines
  • Ability to work independently or as a team member
  • Proficient at creating managerial level presentations and analysis
