About The Role
- A key part of your role is to thoroughly understand client goals, communicate to the internal agency team and deliver exceptional output to the clients.
- You will keep a keen an eye on larger business challenges to find opportunities to bring new solutions outside of the ask.
- You will work with agency account leadership to deliver operational excellence, speed to market, resource optimization, and profitability management.
- You will help lead high profile influencer and social media initiatives that combine strategy, creativity and innovative execution.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day client and business management for the Samsung Influencer Program along with your supervisor(s) and team.
- You will help guide internal and external teams through the process of bringing Influencer programs to life.
- You will support the strategy, creative and execution to ensure influencer initiatives reach overall brand and business objectives with internal and external teams.
- You will manage client objectives, expectations, timelines and front-line communication.
- You will assist in overseeing the overall influencer content publishing plans and calendars and proactively guide clients on messaging distribution best practices and flag any issues with content publishing.
- You must be the brand steward, knowing the intricate details of the guidelines and standards of the brand.
- You will own content development workflows and identify efficiencies on your projects.
- You will support the data team in effectively reporting on program performance and KPI’s; share insights and future recommendations with cross-functional teams and leaders on an ongoing basis.
- You will effectively and efficiently run client meetings and internal agency team meetings under your supervision.
About The Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, strategic communication or related field preferred.
- 4+ years of client-facing agency experience managing the creation and delivery of great work.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, talent management, social media, event executions and productions.
- Demonstrate interest and passion for influencers and social media.
- Must understand the importance of maintaining decorum and professionalism when working with top tier talent and celebrities.
- .Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate obstacles and quickly generate solutions and ideas often with minimal guidance.
- Data-informed with passion for delivering measurable performance results.
- Strong understanding of social paid media initiatives and measurement.
- Organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Demonstrable knowledge of client and agency operations.
- Experience forming strong client relationships and internal relationships.
- Accountability and a calm, confident presence.
- Able to work in a hybrid office environment 2-3 days onsite with the other days optional remote.
- Open to travel, extended hours, and weekend work as necessary.
