We are currently seeking Influencer Team Leads to join our rapidly-growing team. As an ITL, you will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of account managers, coordinators, and other team members to create and execute effective influencer campaigns that drive engagement and achieve the desired goals for brand awareness, promotion and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a dynamic team of account managers, providing guidance and support
- Directly report to the Influencer Partnership Director, ensuring seamless communication
- Collaborate with Influencer Account Managers to establish and track achievable goals
- Develop strategic plans to effectively achieve set goals and objectives
- Supervise Coordinators, assessing their performance and compiling success reports for codes, links, and affiliates
- Review and discuss Influencer and Social Media Performance Deck with the Influencer Partnership Director
- Brainstorm and plan Social Media goals, working closely with the Influencer Partnership Director
- Create engaging in-house user-generated content (UGC), including scripts, video production, and editing
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, incorporating them into content creation
- Share the Influencer and Social Media Performance Deck with team members for insights and improvement
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with experience in guiding and motivating teams
- Exceptional communication abilities for effective collaboration and reporting
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to strategize and achieve measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in analyzing data and generating insightful performance reports
- Creative flair for generating captivating user-generated content
- Familiarity with social media trends and platforms
- Previous experience in influencer marketing or social media management is a plus
