We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our growing Media Sales team. The Media Sales team operates as Tripscout, part of the @hotel network, and is responsible for bringing in revenue through a wide array of external partnership deals. We frequently work with travel destination marketing organizations (DMOs) to drive awareness and ROI. Our partnerships are built around leveraging the @hotel social network of 56M+ followers across our 140+ Instagram pages. We specialize in creating social-first content using creator-created content. The Media Sales team has already 2X revenue in Q1 of 2023 and is on pace to continue growing at a rapid rate.

The main objective of the Account Coordinator is to partner with clients to execute our custom content campaigns. This role will manage the entire campaign lifecycle with oversight from our Senior Campaign Manager, operationalizing internal teams to ensure brand goals and expectations are met - while providing best in class client relationship management. The Account Coordinator partners with the sales, creator specialists, video production and the marketing team to manage the production, creative and performance goals surrounding campaigns. The Account Coordinator will have oversight and assistance from the Senior Campaign Manager and is responsible for driving results in order to maintain customer retention.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate as the client point of contact for robust branded content programs to ensure successful execution of the campaign
  • Work in conjunction with sales and brand strategy to gain a clear understanding of clients’ goals and objectives pre-campaign launch
  • Create and maintain all campaign documentation (including Kick off Call decks, production timelines, budget trackers, mid campaign reports, wrap reports, etc.)
  • Partner closely with Creator & Talent teams to execute Influencer and/or Talent focused campaigns
  • Orchestrate internal teams to ensure a timely execution of all client and campaign deliverables
  • Develop timelines and manage execution for custom programs
  • Frequently communicate with clients, providing them with relevant updates, assets for approval and performance recommendations
  • Collaborate with numerous teams to track and analyze performance, recommending frequent optimizations for brand performance
  • Assist with high severity client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Effectively communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly campaigns to internal and external stakeholders

What You’ll Bring To The Team:

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in Communications, Sales, PR, Advertising, or related
  • 1 year of relative experience, including internships
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management abilities
  • Effective and creative problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on needs
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at a time against strict deadlines and with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
