EVP, Global Marketing, Sales Enablement

Compensation: $220,000 to $275,000 Annually

Working closely with the executive team, the EVP, Marketing will be responsible for leading and overseeing all strategic and development aspects of branding, marketing communications, product launch and management of design and effectiveness. This position is a global role and reports into the CCO.

We are looking for a collaborative strategist who is a strong leader and can work effectively with executives, sales teams and partners. The EVP, Marketing will work collaboratively with company leadership to drive strong brand awareness and will build integrated marketing plans and programs that enhance the reputation of the company and lead to increased revenues.

The EVP is responsible for overseeing all global marketing initiatives, including: Brand development, messaging, positioning, thought leadership, client engagements, go-to market strategies and integrated marketing plans.

The Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Deliver revenue, gross margin EBITA and company targets
  • Relentlessly strive to learn and understand why customers buy through frequent direct personal interactions and daily data analytics.
  • Develop Dyanta’s “way to win” by understanding competitor offerings developing compelling and highly differentiated segment specific value propositions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership developing demand generation strategies and campaigns, executing with quality content and measurable output
  • Collaborate with the sales and product organizations in cultivating new markets, steering brand development, integrating new product development, nurturing and building key prospects and customer relationships
  • Brand awareness building through storytelling, thought leadership, and emotive expressions, interactive and social media to distinguish dynata’s quality and reliability from rivals.
  • Managing the cross-functional, regional marketing teams and overseeing the entire demand generation process, from initial awareness, nurturing qualified leads to hand-off to sales, and follow-up (post mortems).
  • Developing metrics and reporting on effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns
  • (filling the funnel); improving efficiency and revenue generation (ROI).
  • Getting to know our customers by conducting qualitative and quantitative research to drive messaging, content, offerings, product and solutions
  • Planning and managing campaigns and events, ensuring best practices in all
  • Providing thought leadership and managing and directing content creation of client communication and public relations.
  • Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with partners, associations and other stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage outside agencies when retained for marketing programs.
  • Managing the launch of programs to create “buzz” through public relations and social media, and in some cases re-engage existing customers with new product features. Curating content for social media
  • Developing marketing team goals and coaching the next generation of leaders
  • Assisting our experienced sales team with client presentations and large deals/account presentations
  • Planning and scheduling marketing activities to attain goals and meet deadlines

Specifically, The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Characteristics

The EVP, Marketing that Dynata is seeking will be first and foremost a highly effective business and strategic leader who excels in a high paced company with high expectations.

  • Worked at the Executive level with Executive leadership to deliver the overall business
  • 10-15 years of marketing experience primarily in branding, customer experience, digital, video, web and social
  • 5-10 years of and managing people/agencies
  • 5-10 years marketing leadership experience working in a global business
  • Balance of strategic thinking with focus on execution to deliver revenue growth
  • Experience working with sales to support and deliver revenue, gross margin and EBITA targets
  • Inspirational leader known for building teams that work well together
  • Drive to flawlessly execute on time and promotes accountability
  • Affinity for marketing automation and “all things digital”
  • Proven track record of building successful external relationships with agencies, thought leaders, associations, media editors, influencers and writers
  • Implements out-of-the-box strategies
  • Professional demeanor and outstanding communicator
  • Demonstrated experience in direct marketing and inbound programs with a core knowledge of market research, consumer insights and data collection.
  • Proven track record of scaling a business or product revenues/adoption
  • Maintains a budget and demonstrates value with metrics and ROI
  • B2B and B2C experience to SME’s and/or Fortune 1000
  • Experienced with go-to market strategies for new products or re-launches
  • Experience in building channel programs and channel marketing
  • Strong operational experience that cuts across geographies and business lines

The salary range for this position in is $220-$275K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
